For a calibration check, the distance between the tangent line on the leading edge and the other vertical line (ignore the frame lines) should be 200 mm on all profiles. The thickness at the rear line on the root profile (#3) should be 118.4mm and the tip (#13) 102.7mm. All the intermediate ones should be proportional to these two profiles. See attached spreadsheet. I note when I print mine out that the vertical lines are 203.5mm apart so ideally, mine need to be reduced to 98.3%. Our photocopier at work will not reduce to fractions of one percent so I tried 98% and 99% respectively. I'm settling on 99% as 98% proves to be slightly undersize when checked against the professionally made profiles I have. The 99% ones are within the thickness of a coat of paint so that is good enough for me. I'm sure there are a lot of others flying that are a lot worse than that. Best regards Kingsley
