Fitting the window. Used front edge as a reference and then trimmed the other three sides to fit. Definitely easier with four hands as you can trim on the go. Belt sander is ideal here.
The plexiglas is 1mm thicker than the flange is deep. Apparently one or the other was wrongly specified by Europa. The windows will therefore stick out. Scuff sanding the rebate as deeply as realistic helps a bit.
