Serendipity, I carefully laid out quad TCU LED holes figuring the center diamond would fall out. Nope. Ended up that the on each hole drilled there was left a few thousands of an inch thick "hangnail" piece of aluminum that is quite strongly supporting the diamond by four of them. Looks great going to leave it!
