No pic of 2 BID layup, but first layer was 1+1/4" x 3" and second layer 1" x 2" then it was peel plied. Aeropoxy with 30 minute hardener was used and allowed overnight to cure.
Here it was wet out with Aeropoxy with 60 minute hardener, allowed to tack up real good and very very dry Aeropoxy with 60 minute hardener/Expancel applied.
