Rudder antidrag act. There was a little too much drag for my liking to move rudder. Added 1/4" Nylon thick wall tubing (not Nylaflow) to all guides by splitting tube and safety wiring with .032" wire.
43.13 states to not have more than 3 degrees deflection on a fair-lead. Spruce on many of its offered pulleys state to have no more than 15 degrees of deflection.
On starboard side of bridge we have ~ 8 degrees.
Bud said not a problem, he deflects in a S often 2 to 3" on Trigears in areas.
I did a test to satisfy myself and here are findings:
* 3 degrees ~ 6% side load (as compared to tension load)
* 8 degrees ~ 15% side load
*12 degrees ~ 21% side load
*15 degrees ~ 32% side load
