Started fitting port door.

Started fitting port door.
Plan is to fit with ~ 1/32" clearance all around, then mount hinges.
Shoot bolt bushings will be installed without glass or seal.
One ply carbon fiber will be laid up on upper and aft inside of door after gelcoat is removed.
Will not move lift strut position, (new position bulges door lower down), and install a passive pin and striker made out of stainless steel upper aft and middle bottom of door.
Pin and striker and lift strut will be installed before glass is bonded in place.
Gray gelcoat on doors and white gelcoat on windscreen rebate will be removed down to fiberglass where Plexiglass will be bonded to.
2 thin plies of model aeroplane glass will be applied to glass to door or fuse seam to help control cracking.
