Throttle assembly ready for flight. We "switched" out black oxide cap screws for some McMaster 18-8 Stainless with vibration resist patch on threads and added a lockwasher to maintain tension. Catalogue listed perfect fit ID and OD of #3 stainless lockwasher, but out came the file going after ID for a "much more better" perfect fit! (#4 lockwashers have OD too large for collar) Now we have nice allen key driver to make easy insitu adjustments.
