Getting front Starboard lift pin socket stuck 1.

I am not quite sure what angle the front lift pin should be in relationship to the root rib, but whatever the angle is on our starboard wing does not have the front lift pin socket anywhere near flat to the fuse surface.
We ground, sanded and filed leaving at worst case ~ .800" width of the front lift pin socket with one area just about touching the fuse while other areas had a little under .125" gap.
The manual calls for you to add BID till you reduce gap to 1MM. Since we had this double wedged angle, I chose to fill the gap with Redux / Flox.
Now to try and repent my sin of not adding BID as a spacer by adding a little strength back.
