Port spar pin washer retention 1.

Instead of following the manual where they want you to Rapid Epoxy with a little Flox the port spar pin washers in place, then layup a few BID, I am just going to JB KWIK weld the washers in place.
First we made up a .032" G-10 washer that allows the port spar pip pin to lay against the Belleville hardened washer.
Alan scuff sanded and JB KWIK welded the G-10 washer to the Belleville washer using the above fixture to insure good alignment.
With wings rigged and the port spar pin pushed aft, (no gap), we will JB KWIK in place using the G-10 washer to accomplish another "super fillet".
A few passes of JB KWIK will be applied and allowed to cure to make sure we can still rig, then we will complete fillet with JB KWIK thickened with a little Flox.
I hand sanded down a .0625" thick washer to a .050" thickness along with a supplied .032" thick washer to get a fairly nice fit, (under .020" gap), allowing to pip pin balls to spring out and catch the hardened Belleville washer that is bonded to the port spar root cowbell aft side.
