Black conduit run for Bob Archer big "E" antenna RG-400 on port side of vertical fin.
Translucent conduit is for total energy probe tube, tail camera video coax cable and camera power in the fin cap. Translucent conduit will be in 2 pieces, the one you see here and another to co straight down from fin cap and through 3 fin ribs. Tubing, cable and wires will make a 90 degree turn from 1 conduit to the other below the lower rib. Pretty easy access through lower aft access hole.
