Beautiful day, low humidity.
We spent it filling fuse.
Ron mixed and Alan applied after we scuff sanded all bonding areas with 80 grit.
Mixed up some Aeropoxy with 60 minute hardener then began to scuff sand. Aeropoxy was a little thinner than honey when we wet out with a 1" brush, then squeegeed off excess.
Then Ron mixed up really really dry Aeropoxy/60 minute hardener/Expancel and Alan applied.
You can see his nice job forward, but Ron mucked up pretty smooth job to apply a little more to low spots when it was just bout at limit of working time.
Good thing dry Expancel sands easy.
