Material: 7075 aluminium began with 1.5" OD bar.

Smaller part:
Major OD: 1.300"
Minor OD: .960"
Overall Thickness: .135"
Thickness of Major OD: .075"
Thickness of Minor OD: .060"

Larger part:
Same as Smaller part except added a .250" spacer on the flat side

Note that the side of the Major OD facing the Minor OD step has three angles (kinda sorta like a three angle valve job). The largest OD got ~ a 45 degree chamfer, then perhaps a 65 or 70 degree chamfer, then the 90 degree. I didn't measure the 65 or 70 degree cut, but it was the largest angle I could get without hitting the chuck or the Minor OD. It allows a little more articulation.
