The port door had a gap at the front edge, yet inside at the point of the bolt guides they nearly touch. The stbd door has neither issue. Go figure.. Anyway, I need to fully recess the front guide to make the door fit. To compensate I put ten layers of bid reinforcement behind it instead of four. Sanding down the door side guide slightly completes the fix.
