Removed bulkhead a final time (I think it took 4 or 5 tries), taking about a half inch off the return line at a time to get the length just right. Too long and the bulkhead won't go on, too short and it's time to start over and make up a new line.

NOTE TO SELF: The only problem with this whole setup is that, because of the weird angle that the bulkhead is sitting when installed, it's really hard to get the connections to thread so it was easier to connect first then install bulkhead. If I ever need the bulkhead off in the future, it's easier just to disconnect at the tank then remove.
