The headrest snap bases for the seat back tabs were never done well by my upholstery guy. Just a skinny screw through the hole where a big rivet had been removed. And simple nuts on the underside.

I didn't like the previous door handle hardware. Threaded end with nut stuck out and caught on the door handle guard plate when the handle was pushed closed. Purchased new stainless steel binding posts from McMaster-Carr. Worked great. More detail und

Unfortunately, the port wing outer flap bracket didn't go as well. WAY out of alignment. Did both wings the same way.

This one isn't even close. I have no idea what went wrong. Maybe was bumped before drilled? Anyway, new brackets, along with other part which didn't make it into the parts box are on order from Bud. Kind of puts things on hold for a couple days.
