So I moved on to apply the additional Araldite/FLOX to the lower side of the guide. I set the door frame so that the FLOX mix would be held against the guide. Then drilled the appropriate holes in the door frame, mixed a batch of Araldite 420 A/B and added the FLOX. Put the whole thing in the industrial syringe and injected it into the frame. This should allow the FLOX to stay against the guide and door frame
