I pulled back the mesh covering of the wires and cut the white wire and crimped on a butt splice. I cut the Red/Green wire and crimped it to the white wire going to the audio panel. Finally, I located a suitable length of white wire and spliced it to the white wire of Connector A. That part of the cable should be properly wired now.
