Mixed a batch of Araldite 420 A/B and added in milled fiber and FLOX for strength and body. Slathered the inside portion of the guides with Araldite/FLOX and formed a good FLOX corner against the fuselage. Put the remaining Araldite/FLOX into a baggy and clipped off the corner. Used this to "pipe" a thin bead of the mix around the exterior portion of the guides. Cut a couple strips of peel-ply and taped them to the fuselage so that the door would catch them and press them across the bolt guides and Araldite when the door was closed.
Closed the door and fully engaged the bolt shoots to make sure the guides were properly positioned and hold them in position.
