Went back to the port wing to see what else needed to be done before I ran the wing fully into the fuselage and tried to pin it in place to confirm the wing incidence. Oops... There is supposed to be a spar socket on the port spar. No spar socket. Looked inside the fuselage and there it was. Firmly wrapped around the end of the starboard spar. That's not good.
