The bolts were too long and it was necessary to cut them to length. Measured them and determined that .415" needed to be trimmed off each bolt. Also,with these inner fittings set, the length needed for the tie bar was measured (40"). The tie bar was trimmed to length. The bolts were removed. The inner fittings removed. The bolts were cut to length and cleaned up. The inner fittings were placed in the ends of the tie bar. The entire assembly was bolted back into place. The port tie bar fitting.
