Then performed the same operation on the port flap root. If I were to do it again, I'd remove the flap and work out how to do it on a table. Probably in 4 layups instead of two. Top - bottom - top - bottom. Would take more time, but probably end up better. Guess we'll see tomorrow when we go up to dig out the foam and do the layups on the inside.
