This picture is taken looking forward through the tunnel area under the baggage bay. You can see the flap drive with mounting bracket. The flap drive mechanism has been fully extended (Flaps up position) and the rod-end with bearing (at the other end where you can't see it) has been bolted to the flap cross tube. The mounting bracket has been bonded to the aluminum plate. Eventually the mounting bracket will be bolted to the plate (through the fuselage).
