After filling outer surface of cover with 3M Flowable Finishing putty and cleaning up round fit of cover and flange, JB KWIK temporary holds cover in place to allow sanding to blend cover to conduit.
You can see 3, #2 trilobal screws which have been cut shorter and sanded to 45°.
G-10 "nutplates" will be JB KWIKed to conduit flange, then glassed over with 3 layers of thin model aeroplane cloth.
A little more fill and slight trimming, then conduits will be clecoed to fuse and Reduxed in place.
