JB KWIK aileron dam 1.

JB KWIK aileron dam will be will be sanded to fit the bottom trailing edge of port wing, then used as a guide to fill the aileron (lead edge JB guide to trail edge). First the aileron was wet out with Aeropoxy / 60 minute, after wet out was plenty tacky we filled with Expancel (not overfilled at all), then when Expancel got tacky filled with Aeropoxy-Light (again not overfilled). We heat spackle knife and fill with heatgun for final swipes to get it on fairly smooth.
We did this all in one night!
Hopefully a light sanding followed by a few passes of 3M Flowable Finishing putty will complete the job.
