Tie-bar 13.

Tie-bar fits nice with enough room for 2 BID over this foam, 1 BID of Redux / BID on the tie-bar and some Aeropoxy / Flox to bond the tie-bar to the 2 BID.
Our hole is covered from the bottom with a piece of Duct tape and a piece of 3M 375 packaging tape stuck to the sticky side of the Duct tape where the hole is located, (red ink on sticky side of tape to prevent transfer).
