Used a 1/8" piloted 100 degree counterbore to counterbore hinges.

Used a 1/8" piloted 100 degree counterbore to counterbore hinges. First stacked some mixing sticks in vise, enlarged the 1/16" hole to 1/8", then used stop on drill press and counterbored. Worked great.
