Took a little less than 2 hours to fit bottom of starboard door including cleaning up sanding dust.
Door is now a very good fit.
Only used Perma-Grit tools going a little at a time when door began to get close to desired fit.
Ready to start to make the 2 shoot bolt holes.
Will not sand to achieve final clearances till the door plexiglass is bonded in place, windscreen is bonded in place, engine is hung and I have a heater inside cockpit to warm things up, (creating worst case).
