Trying not to mar flap cross tube too bad with Upstops 4 of 7

I made the caps out of Black Nylon 6/6.

The pocket is ~ .045" deep and overall thickness ~ .100".

The depth of the countersink is critical, so I set up my milling machine with nice stop.
