Aft sill cover 26.

Now to add back all the removed weight, (and probably more!).
Floxed inside corners and 1 BID.
Waxed 1/8" drill bits and JB KWIKed in place, (aft mounting holes), and wet out front face and around holes filled with Q-Cel / Aeropoxy / 60 minute, (Q-Cel is stronger than Expancel), then Expancel / Aeropoxy / 60 minute the rest of front face that needed fill.
As far as the port side screw holes, I used a 120 degree countersink on both sides, wet out and 3/4 filled with Flox, then remaining filled with Expancel.
I left small imperfections that will be filled with 3M flowable finishing putty. If I fill small imperfections with Expancel or Q-Cel, the "water line" from the subsequent fill has to be dealt with that is a pain because it is much harder than the fill itself below it. Aeropoxy Light tends to make a lesser "water line" if I need light weight fill. For small stuff where there will be little weight build-up because of heavier fill, 3M flowable finishing putty is my favorite choice.
