Bondo things in place

3M 375 packaging tape applied to fuse, lefty-righty in center, lifting both flaps to follow wing template, then Bondo flap cross tube in place.
Just as important to keep in place leftyy-righty and up in the fully retracted position, was to keep it from rotation so we could align the second FL 16-FL 18 with sewing thread.
