13 watt draw in bright mode on a fully charged battery.

When being driven from the computer in bright mode running off a fully charged 9aH lead acid AGM battery, the power draw is 13 watts.
If I shut down the computer and only a blue screen is displayed with a note saying that no input is found, the power draw goes down to 11 watts on a fully charged battery.
The above power draw data is with the cooling fan running (it runs whenever the unit is turned on).

**NOTE** In order to run a load through Electrical Box option B) the diode bypass switch must be turned on.
