Flew the aircraft once around the pattern and checked for leaks again. Nothing. Went back out and flew circuits for a bit more than an hour. Very rusty on the landings. Need a couple more hours of practice. Still, it's good to be flying again!

After the engine run still surged, I investigated the seating of the float bowls & gaskets. This one shows how the new gasket wasn't properly located, see arrow.
