First step is to do everything around the instrument module where it will be difficult to get at once it is installed. Finish of the plane is critical since no matter how well built, the finish is wahta you will be looking at the rest of your flying life.

Here is a shot of the working angle. This was so much better than leaning over the edge. Kim's idea. Notice the heater behind Kim, this was key to keeping the temps even though the temps outside were in the 40's.
