Flap drive pin install 3.

After wing was set to a 2.5 degree angle of attack with the spar level and the part of the table that the drill rests on set level, we drilled first with a 1/16" pilot drill, then a 3/32" medium length drill, then a 1/4" medium length drill and the final 10.2 mm drill.
The 10.2 mm drill caught and hurt the glass a little. I will coat with Aeropoxy and flox, then Peel ply. The starboard side I will first drill with a bit meant for fiberglass close to 10.2mm size in hopes of preventing another tear.
Note the laboratory jack stands that allowed for easy setting of height and angles.
