Clamped between vise (end to end) in Bridgeport, began "incline" cutting with a 2 fluted end mill. At first .020" cuts, then when half way through first side, dropped down to .010" cuts, then second side began with .010" cuts and went down to .005" cuts. Got an OK finish with no chatter or flexing. Finished thickness of bypass is .090" which nets me a slight lower resistance than #4 Tefzel wire!
