Fuse post bond 7.

Then hole wet out from outside, 75% filled with flox, then Q-Cel. Fuse seam was scuffed 3" up and down with 80 grit sandpaper so any mess should at least be semi stuck.
Will fill seam with Expancel.
Our procedure for filling is:
*Thin wetting out
*Wait till wetting out is very very very tacky
*Then mix up very very very dry Expancel and apply, but overfill
*Fill any pinholes with JB KWIK weld
*Hopeful to get it done in one pass, but our history tells a different story most of the time!
*If needs subsequent passes, if minor will use Aeropoxy light with no wetting out needed
