Elt antenna mounting molding is bonded in place making sure there is clearance to remove mass balance weight tower mounting hardware. Ground plane gets taped in place awaiting some thin model aeroplane cloth. Copper foil is wrapped inside plastic to prevent tape from ripping (from flexing) and perform as advertised if antenna is ever called upon to for its intended duty.
