Time to make fit "good enough".

To make fit in our opinion"good enough", (some folks opinion is probably near perfection), we stuck 3M 375 packaging tape on fuse and module where we didn't want fill to stick, then buttered up module with fill which is Aeropoxy laminating resin and 30 minute hardener and some flox and Q-Cel. Probably Expancel would have worked, but Q-Cel is stronger than Expancel, but also a bit brittle. Mix in some flox and it gets stronger and can still be sanded a lot easier than flox alone.
Just a note whenever we need to stick resin to wood, we mix some resin with Methanol where it is pretty darn runny. Then wet out wood a few times till it stops absorbing and heat it. Then wipe off excess resin and wet it with a little pure resin. Works great. Methanol thin resin left in mixing cup appears to cure where it looks and feels about the same as pure resin. Takes longer to get that way though and heat helps a lot.
