Tie-bar 4.
I cut one of the 1/4 -28 bolts too short the other night.
OK, so I ordered a box from McMaster Carr.
Alan got the job of cutting down the bolts tonight and he too cut the first one too short!
Anyway, we now have the four 1/4-28 bolts with about 3 threads showing.
Early on when we 4 BID the inboard side of the aft pad, we Floxxed it first to get the pad pretty flat.
It worked great, not very much fill will be needed upon final install. We are going to use Redux / Flox for the fill / bonding.
Here you can see the two front lines we used for targeting the second 1/4" hole.
Alan was inside fuse on his head sighting to get proper alignment. He was targeting the middle line on the inner socket between the two lines on the green tape on the fuse.
