Tie-bar 48.

The two bolts that catch the tie-bar are drilled at a slight angle off 90Â°.
Not too bad, but I will deal with that by using self leveling washers from www.mcmaster.com. Details later on.
This offset drill allows the bit to wobble round a bit.
