That leaves two choices: #1 - tap the brake in BSPP threads or #2 - run the BSPT die over the bolt to thread in BSPT. The brake being aluminum and the bolt being stainless steel, I decided to go with #1 as it seemed easier.

New lip on cowl. A hole 14" X 7" was opened in the cowl. A piece of 4" PVC was used as a mold to form a lip on the edge of it, the idea being to create a low pressure area.

Cutting out one of the ribs for the airframe. Going to use the mono trailer as the foundation of the jig. This will make is easy to level the airframe when getting ready for the trr-gear conversion. How do you like my work bench?

Rudder opened up to accept the push rod bracket. Alas no blue foam as it is the NG model. No instructions on how to proceed. Advice from Europa is to bod in some blue foam is it is not load bearing and is just a bed for the composite.
