The tent is 10' wide, 20' long and 9' high.
There is just about enough room to get two short wings in side by side and work on the spars.
The spars were warmed up by the time we finished moving Richie's aeroplane back in his hangar and moving our stuff back to our hangar.
We made flox / ramps for the Port spar tip bushing, both front and aft side going towards the tip to help slide into the cowbell in the fuse. The Starboard spar tip bushing got ramps both front and aft side going towards the tip to guide it past the spar strap and into the cowbell on the Port wing on the way in. Made another set of flox / ramps towards the root of the wing, (these "towards the root" ramps help guide the tip spar bushings when coming out past the spar strap and cowbell on the fuse). The Starboard spar root bushing on the front side got a ramp to help guide it over the fuse cowbell and we made a flox / ramp on entrance to the Port spar cowbell to help guide in the Starboard spar tip.
We used Aeropoxy / 30 minute and covered the Flox with G-10 forms with 3M 375 packaging tape to not only give us the proper shape, but in addition a nice smooth finish and easy release.
