Not a trivial job to get bends just right. These three 3/8" spar holes are 1.25" on center, (exact like stall warner spar hole on other wing), and are centered on spar. The nipple ends near cover are close to bottom of wing. Placement is critical near cover (which is near perfect) to allow easy install of tubing and not get interference from probes or mounting hardware. To fit grommets in guide and have absolute symmetry would require using this set of tubes as guide, and bend up new set of tubes. Can't bend in place since it is inside wing. Would probably take 2 more nights fitting as well as having to place another order for tubing. We opted instead for using different size balsa spacers on spar standoff, and Teflon tubing for aluminium guide that easily tolerates other than 90 degrees to guide and Redux grommet. Will probably tweak that center tube up a little once BID cures. The Balsa was JB KWIKed in place to hold everything. The spar holes got filled with Redux/Flox.
