Starboard wing 112.
Here starboard inboard mass balance box gets wet out with Aeropoxy/30 minute hardener and a first pass pretty thick flox dam laid in after 80 grit wake up scuff sanding.
Note we already 36 grit and then 80 grit scuff sanded mass balance box and the bottom of top wingskin before installing box or top skin when it was much easier, (and less but still time consuming).
Outboard mass balance box got same treatment.
We waited till 30 minute epoxy began to get stiff, then wet out entire area with Aeropoxy/60 minute hardener, laid in applesauce thick flox and laid up 3 BID to tie mass balance box to top wingskin.
This step is not in manual but was required because we cut off the top of mass balance box in an attempt to achieve required down aileron throw.
Normally top of mass balance box would have been Redux/floxed to bottom of top wingskin.
Our mass balance weights now hit bottom of top wingskin instead of hitting top of mass balance box, (no longer there because we cut them off).
