First attempt to make a dam of JB KWIK as a guide for filling aileron hollow between mass balance arms so aileron matches the bottom of wing.
We set the aileron to the neutral position and clamped, then inserted a thin scrap of aluminum facia trim that was covered with 3M 375 tape and set it 90° to aileron bottom leading edge and jammed it tight with shims carved out from mixing sticks. (Toothpicks make great wedges).
Taped the top edge of aluminium back with 3M 375 to hold it at 90°.
This attempt was a failure, we moved on to better solution.
