Scuff sanded down to glass through pseudo gel coat and laid up 3 thin plies of model aeroplane cloth and Aeropoxy/30 minute hardener.
This layup is in addition to BID on inside to join two halves of wingtip we needed to cut in half and reshape because wingtip was too thick.
