Since hearing of others who have had problems with using factory installed roll pin shearing and bending for preventing excess tailwheel travel, decided to fabricate a Graham Singleton look alike since he no longer offers for sale.
Using 1/2" thick 7075 T7351 which is more corrosion resistant, stronger, harder and lighter than 4130 chrome moly. Machines not too bad, but it is not weldable.
Using Depron foam to make template.
