Here is port cone washers.
Top rudder cable washer has a 19 degree angle, but its OD is down to .725 and shoulder is only .010". This is to allow clearance for top of thimble. The rudder horn has a .725" OD. The id of this washer is .275" to match the custom Titanium spacer that is permanent bonded to bottom of rudder.
Bottom tailwheel cone washer is identical to the starboard.
After all said and done, using my pinky which can apply ~10 lbs of pressure and pointer that can apply ~20 lbs of pressure, near neutral need about 12 lbs to begin movement. If at either stop need about 19 lbs to get it off stop, that's in part caused by geometry of tailwheel having you need to compress tailwheel springs a little going off stop. also due to geometry a slight bit easier applying starboard rudder compared to port.
Bottom line is can use pointer to move rudder at any position.
