Shaft of arm is wrapped with stainless tape, weights are bored to nice fit with tape in place. OD of weights are turned down form supplied dimension to allow easier achieved motion. Turning down OD decreases weight, that's OK we need ~15% less weight because of added weight to lead edge of stabilators.
