After chasing all areas where contact was marginal, only bout 5 screws were left out of a box of 100.

Update:
Don't make the same mistake we did, put screws or clecos at least every 6". You can see that by the front window bow screws are spaced about a foot apart. Probably a combination of the following caused voids in the seam:
** The rope cinched on the bow
** Distortion by screwing from front to back
** Rolling fuse back into tent
** Perhaps Redux a little too runny, we mixed it just so it didn't slump and was about as thick as you would want and still apply it with a 1" chip brush, it did not have that color change when adding flox, perhaps this area didn't slump but was a little too runny?
Anyway it left us with a void about 4" forward of the screw near bow and about 6" aft. We inspected with a bright quartz lamp from inside out and outside in. Looked OK. Inspected with a quarter, sounded OK. When we cut a hole through seam for Ultimate ventilator, it was noticed seam was not OK. Except for a little on edge on top and bottom, no bonding in between. Probably was squeezed out and one of the above mentioned reasons caused it to be pulled slightly apart. There were some stalactites and stalagmites that made quarter test sound OK, and since we wet out both sides and there was some floxed Redux on each side could not rely on the light check.
Anyway had we used hardware every 6" minimum, would not have been an issue.
Resolve is injecting Redux. Both starboard and port will get 2 BID inside on seam from firewall to front of headrests, and in worst areas needing a lot of Redux injected, will get another 2 BID.
Not very nice that seam looked and sounded good.
Will also 2 BID inside about 4" long above rear lift pin where you see evil with green tape. This was an area that holes elongated and needed 3 stages to get aft fuse in proper position. Needed a small injection.
Remember injecting Redux unless doing when things are still wet will give you a bond to shiny, unscuffed surface, which although will get rid of air void and adhere somewhat, strength will be less than ideal.
